The topic for the next GSPT webinar is The $60,000 Dilemma – Alternatives Before Establishing a 1^st Party Trust from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm on Tuesday, August 20 with Stephen W. Dale. Specifically, this session will go over options for individuals on government benefits who receive a large cash inheritance or settlement.  The use of an ABLE account will also be considered through a series of case studies

The presentation will be one hour followed by 30 minutes for Q&A.  There is no cost to participate and qualifies for 1 hour of MCLE Credit by the State Bar of California.
