This presentation will discuss the legal process for establishing a limited conservator and the role of a limited conservator on behalf of an adult with developmental disabilities. It will also include information about alternate methods of retaining legal decision making authority for your child without formal conservatorship, and the role of Regional Center in making decisions for your child.
