Congreso Familiar : Conservatorship: Limited Guardianship and Alternatives for People with Disabilities

Jennifer Steneberg will be giving an overview of limited guardianship and the process for establishing a guardianship through the Court at the Congreso Familiar Virtual 2020 on  Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 10:00.  It will include information on possible methods for retaining the legal authority to make decisions without the formal guardianship.  This conference is for Spanish- speaking families with young children and adults with disabilities.
